12,850 non-seasonal self-employed and subordinate workers, including conversion quotas, and 18,000 seasonal subordinate workers
The maximum quota of non-EU subordinate workers, seasonal and non-seasonal, and of self-employed workers who can enter Italy this year is 30,850.
The flow decree 2018, DPCM on 15 December, 2017, was published in the Official Gazette no. 12 of 16 January 2018.The applications can be presented, until 31 December 2018, by accessing the IT procedure used on previous occasions:

Non-seasonal and self-employment work
We expect 12,850 units of non-EU citizens, including the shares to be reserved for the conversion into residence permits for subordinate employment and for self-employment of residence permits issued for other purposes.
Since 9 o’clock of 18 January 2018 the forms for the pre-compilation of the instances are available.

Seasonal subordinate work
We expect 18,000 units of non-EU citizens residing abroad, to be divided between regions and autonomous provinces by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies.
The quota relates to non-EU seasonal subordinate workers of: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Korea (Republic of Korea), Ivory Coast, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Philippines, Gambia, Ghana, Japan, India, Kosovo, Mali, Morocco, Mauritius, Moldova, Montenegro, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Senegal, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tunisia, Ukraine.
Since 9 o’clock of 24 January 2018 the forms for the pre-compilation of the instances are available.
Since 9 o’clock of 31 January 2018 you can send the instances.
